Miss Ferret and I had interview in a company. My interview was very... Well... I don't know how to describe it... Worst? Or quite fun? To me, the guy that interviewed me was very "nice".
Miss Ferret told me that she nearly wanted to argue with him about the student's life (she interviewed by him first). She said those questions have intruded her privacy. Yes. I totally agreed with that. But also thank a lot to Miss Ferret, because of her (she made the interviewer became frustrated), he cut off some questions when came to my turn to be interviewed.
Him: Tell me your strengths and weaknesses as your personal or as a student.
Me: According to my friends, I'm responsible and talkative. But I'm very quiet.
Him: It's quite contradict. Very odd.
Me: With my best friends, I'm talkative. But with stranger, I'm not.
Him: Is there any extraordinary weaknesses?
Me: I don't like to attend social gathering because of the strangers. And I could listen to other people advices, but would hardly follow them. If beyond my belief, I will not accept it.
Him: *Silence for one or two minutes*
Him: What if someone who is superior than you asked you to do something?
Me: I would listen first. But if outside of my principles, NO.
Him: Would it be easier if the one that superior than you is your friend?
Me: Hmm... Yup. Depends. But normally, still the same. I'm a stubborn person.
During that interview, I sometimes wanted to snap at him. It is because some of his questions are irrelevant with the position we applied. But still, it is an inappropriate manner to show in the interview. Even though I did not do so, I still have gave him a bad impression, I think.
Therefore, I don't think I will get this job. Neither Miss Ferret. So we two have to be the job hunters again. ^^ AAAAHHHHH!!! Need the job so badly!!!
